Refund Policy

At ONEKLICK FINTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Upay), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the process for requesting them. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

https://upaydigi.co.in may, at its sole discretion, honour requests for refunds in the following specific cases:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery confirmation or the product/service due to an issue with our mail or courier service, you may be eligible for a refund. Depending on the value, https://upaydigi.co.in may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item.
  • Download issues: If you experience problems that prevent you from downloading or accessing a purchased product, https://upaydigi.co.in recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider. This problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network. If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team.
  • Irreparable defects with the software/service: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Refund requests for this reason must be submitted to our Support Team for evaluation and approval.
  • Product / Service not-as-described: Requests based on this reason are addressed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval. Customers are encouraged to check free samples (video overviews, demo links, product/service samples, screenshots) before making a purchase.

Please note: Fees once paid are not refundable in any other cases.

2. Franchise Deposit Refunds

If you are closing a Franchise agreement, the deposit will be refunded within 45 days, subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement and the settlement of all dues.

3. Submission of Client Documents

Clients are required to submit all necessary documents along with the specified fee, as per the provided catalogue, to ensure timely processing and delivery of services.

4. Confidentiality

In the event of a breach of this confidentiality clause, the Franchisor shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, damages, or any other remedies available at law or in equity. This may affect any pending refunds.

5. Business Name & Intellectual Property

Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise is granted permission to conduct business under the name 'One Klick Payment.' This specifies the proper use of the franchisor's trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property, and outlines any restrictions on modifications or additions to the brand.

6. Fee Structure

Charges and fees for various services at 'One Klick Payment' will be provided. The fee structure is subject to updates by Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchisor from time to time. Any refund issued will be calculated based on the fees actually paid.

7. Brochure Provision

The Franchisor shall provide the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise with brochures.

8. Quality Assurance

The Franchisor is responsible for maintaining the quality of services delivered at both the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise’s end and to customers.

9. Non-Usage of Company Name

Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise is prohibited from using the company name after leaving the franchise.

10. Termination for Deceptive Practices

The company reserves the right to cancel/terminate the Retailer/franchise if the Retailer/franchise engages in deceptive practices. Upon termination:

  • The Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall cease using the Company's trademarks, proprietary information, and any association with the brand immediately.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise as a result of the termination.
  • They shall not be entitled to any refund of fees or compensation.
  • The Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from such activities.

11. Jurisdiction for Legal Matters

In the event of any legal dispute arising from a refund request or this policy, it will be exclusively fought in Pune District Court.

12. Incentive Commission

The Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor / Franchise shall be eligible for an incentive commission based on the terms outlined in the attached "Incentive Commission Sheet". The Company reserves the right to modify the incentive commission structure outlined in the Sheet with written notice.

13. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our Support Team with your transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue. All refund requests are reviewed, and approvals are granted at the sole discretion of ONEKLICK FINTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Upay).

14. Updates to the Refund Policy

ONEKLICK FINTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Upay) reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time, as and when required. All updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
